Coconut Macaroons (GF)

Bought these for our Passover table and they held up beautifully—still moist and coconut-forward after three days. The gluten-free label is a relief since half my family has celiac, and no one could tell the difference.

The texture is perfectly chewy and not too sweet, and they held up beautifully on the dessert tray. I ordered them for Mother's Day brunch and everyone raved about how light and flavorful they were.

Bought these for our Passover table and they disappeared before the seder even started. Nice and crisp on the outside with a soft coconut center, and nobody could tell they were gluten free.
