The toasted meringue on top has a perfect brûléed flavor that pairs beautifully with the rich dark chocolate cremeux. I’m really impressed with how sturdy the graham cracker crust held up even after a few days in the fridge.

I was worried the graham cracker crust would go soggy, but it stayed crisp even after two days in the fridge. The dark chocolate cremeux is seriously rich, so a thin slice goes a long way.
