Apple Crumb Pie 9"

The wholegrain crust held up perfectly even after reheating a slice the next day, which is rare for a pie this size. The mutsu apples stayed firm and juicy, not mushy, and the crumb topping added just the right crunch. This is my go-to for a cozy dessert night.
