The spiral pattern it left on my dough was beautifully defined, and the basket held its shape perfectly even after a few uses. My sourdough has never had such a consistent rise during proofing.

My first loaf came out with a much better shape than when I used a mixing bowl for proofing. The spiral pattern it left on the crust was a nice bonus.

The cloth liner fits snugly and the basket itself is sturdy enough to hold its shape even when I'm working with a very wet dough. My loaves have been rising with a beautiful, uniform height since I started using it.
