MOMU Mocha Ice Cream Cake

That dark chocolate glaze on top cracked perfectly when I cut into it, and the combo of cake with the mud ice cream was way more indulgent than I expected. Easily fed eight of us with some left over.

The mud ice cream layer is so rich and creamy, it balanced perfectly with the dark chocolate glaze. This 8-inch cake was the highlight of our dinner party.

Brought this to my sister's birthday and the 8 inch size fed eight of us with a slice left over. The dark chocolate glaze cracks a little when you cut it, which I actually liked, and the mocha flavor isn't too sweet.
